Solid Closeout panel for Victory Magnum, Cross Country, Hard Ball, and Cross Roads models. This panel mounts to the factory subframe. Only available for the clutch side, will not fit on the throttle side due to exhaust coming out on that side.  We offer the close out panel with our without mounting holes for VicBaggers paddle valve for bikes equipped with VicBaggers Air Ride.
